20ml Lime Juice
25ml Ginger Beer Syrup (1:1 Ginger Beer to Sugar, stirred/blended together cold)
1 Thumb-sized-piece peeled fresh ginger (~20g)
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
1 Big Cup Ice
 Method: Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish
