This arrack-infused, Sri Lankan take on the South American pisco sour was created by Andrea Montague of Callooh Callay bar, in Shoreditch, London. Callooh Callay won the World’s Best Cocktail Menu award, with the Turbulent Truce listed among its winning selection.
