Tapper’s Punch
Created by the China Tang team at The Dorchester hotel, in London, and named in honour of the timeless art of the toddy tapper, this fabulous punch has a distinct taste and deep aroma, quite unlike any other. It can be served in a rocks glass with ice or in a delicate teacup, reflecting the care and detail that go into the cocktail’s creation, and because it has a rich, red-brown colour that is not unlike Sri Lankan tea.
