A punch is best enjoyed with friends, and this is no different. A wonderful drink to celebrate with.

(Per Serve)

50ml Ceylon Arrack
20ml Ruby Port
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
75ml Blak Tea (Brew for 10 minutes with boiled water, then cool before use)

(Serves 6)

300ml Ceylon Arrack
120ml Ruby Port
120ml Lemon Juice
90ml Sugar Syrup
450ml Blak Tea (Brew for 10 minutes with boiled water, then cool before use)
 Method: Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass or punch bowl, and stir to combine (or pre-batch and store in a bottle in the fridge). Add large blocks of ice when ready to serve (muffin or cake tins are great for this), stir briefly and garnish. Enjoy
