50ml Ceylon Arrack
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Hot Brewed Spiced Tea*

Pour 200ml boiling water over: 3g tea / one tea bag

  • 1 Ceylon cinnamon stick
  • 2 cracked green cardamom pods
  • 2 cloves
  • 5 black peppercorns
Infuse for 10 minutes and strain.

10ml Kithul / Palm Treacle / Maple Syrup
 Method: Stir down and strain into chilled martini glass.
Glass: Martini / Nick & Nora 
Garnish: Lime Wheel, Mint Sprig, Cinnamon Stick
