50ml Ceylon Arrack
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Coconut Water Syrup (Equal Parts coconut water and white sugar, stirred together cold)

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

 Method: Shake hard with cubed ice and fine strain into chilled glass
